How to Order Online

1. How do I find products on Keytech.com.au?

• You can find products by selecting any of the main categories in the MAIN NAVIGATION panel located on the top. ( see left image below)
• Once a main category is selected a category list is displayed on the MAIN LEFT PANEL side of the site.(see center image)
• Once a category is selected a drop down list indicating sub categories can be selected to narrow down your search.
• You can also sort products based on price, best seller, and brand.
• We have also developed a search engine to allow our customer to search our products by NAME, BRAND, MODEL, and PRODUCT NUMBER. The search function is located on the top right hand side of the site. Simply enter any keywords related to the product you are searching for.(see right image)
• To view more information on any one product you have found, click on the "MORE INFO" button below the product image or just simply click the image of the product.

2. How do I add products to the Shopping Cart?

• To add a product to the shopping cart , simply click the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button (purple color) in the detail information page on any product you have found.( see center image below )
• Once you have selected a product to be placed on the shopping cart, it will display on the right hand side of the site. You can add as many different types of products to the shopping cart. (see left image below)
• To view your items in shopping cart simply click on the "YOUR SHOPPING CART" icon on top of the page or simply click on the "Shopping cart" link on the left of the site. (see center image below)
• You can modify and update the quantity of each product in the shopping cart, by changing the amount in the quantity box. If you want to cancel a particular order, simply press the "DELETE" button on the right hand side. To update any changes simply press on the "UPDATE' button(see the right image ).
• To place an order, click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT "button section (see right image).

3. How do I process my order?

• Your shopping cart is displayed on your right. To process the order please click on the proceed to check out icon
• Once you have click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button, it will load to the "PROCESS ORDER" section. First you will need to LOGIN. You need to enter your email address. If you have already registered as our customer, please click the option I am a member and my password is and enter in your password. If not please select I am a new customer and click on sign in. (see left image below)
• If you are a new customer please enter a shipping address for this order. Please also indicate whether your billing address is the same as the shipping address entered. When finished, click the "CONTINUE" button.
• Please enter a password. Your password must be 5 to 8 characters length. Please remember your email address and password in order to access your account in the future or to place an order.
• If you are an existing customer please check your shipping address is correct and click on "CONTINUE" button. Please check all required field are correct ( see center image ).
• The next page that loads please select a shipping option for this order. When finished, click the "CONTINUE" button.
• You have two payment options paying with a credit card via OSPAY or Paying by direct deposit. Please select one of the options.
• If you are paying via credit card please read the terms and conditions and your credit card details in the required fields. Please note your credit card statement will need to be the same address as the billing of you order. click on "CONTINUE" button
• Please review the information below and place your order, any changes to shipping, billing, order and payment method can be updated and changed before confirming order. Please tick the check box indicating you have read our terms and conditions. Once satisfied with information you have given click on the " PLACE YOUR ORDER" button to place your order. (see right image below)

4. How do I pay?

With this payment method, there must be a field in your online banking website which you can put description on it. Please put the order reference number. You should get this number from order confirmation email on your Inbox.

5. How do I apply for membership?

• Membership is available to all customers, terms and condition s apply please read before purchasing.
• Membership can be purchased by selecting the banner membership on the top page or by clicking on the "JOIN MEMBER" Button under each product.(see left image below)
• Purchasing a membership is the same as purchasing a product simply add the membership requested into the shopping cart and proceed to the check out.

6. About our HOT Products

• Selected items which are HOT products will be available for members only but also for new customers who want to become a member
• Hot products are only available for a LIMITED TIME and whilst stock last.
• HOT Products will generally be updated and promoted every month to all members.
